WHO I AM / A JOURNEY STILL UNFOLDING
Hi, I’m Zeyu.
You can call me Tyger.
A psychotherapist, a life explorer, and a person still learning along the way.

MY JOURNEY
Looking inward. Moving into the world.
I spent ten years studying and working in the United States, including my counseling training at Columbia University. Later, I explored different places while working remotely—surfing, spending time in the mountains and meeting new ways of living. My training and these experiences continue to shape one another.
I’ve worked with people across cultures and professions, including founders, creators and artists. We talk about relationships, work, self-worth and emotions. I keep returning to the places where we understand so much, yet find ourselves stuck in the same patterns.
I want to offer a real, trusted space where you can slow down, hear yourself and look carefully at what you are living through. In individual work, a group, or a gathering in nature, we explore familiar patterns and practice new possibilities together.
My hope is that knowing yourself becomes something you can feel in your life: more trust in your own judgment, more room to express what you need, and more freedom to create, love and explore.
If you are thinking seriously about the chapter ahead, we can begin with an honest conversation.
